peau, fatigue chronique, maux de ventre, transit perturb\u00e9, fluctuations de poids, d\u00e9r\u00e8glement hormonal, anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, troubles du sommeil&#8230;)<\/p><p>J&#8217;ai pu m&#8217;en sortir en trouvant les bons outils pour moi (en testant aussi beaucoup de choses et en faisant \u00e9quipe avec la m\u00e9decine conventionnelle la m\u00e9decine compl\u00e9mentaire)<\/p><p>C&#8217;\u00e9tait tellement incroyable que j&#8217;ai voulu me former pour trouver les outils qui t&#8217;aideront, TOI !<\/p><p><strong>0% culpabilisation<\/strong><br \/><strong>100% empowerment<\/strong><\/p><p>Mon approche est globale (et m\u00eame syst\u00e9mique). Je suis f\u00e9ministe et antiraciste.
